Natalie Pinzone, Lawyer

Natalie practices in the intellectual property and commercial areas and has significant litigation experience having recently finalised work on a Federal Court case involving the ACCC.

Prior to joining Norgate McLean Dolphin, Natalie worked for a boutique law firm in Melbourne assisting clients in the areas of intellectual property, real property and commercial law. Natalie has advised a range of clients, including acting for a top 20 Australian retailer in a range of commercial and intellectual property matters.

Natalie holds an Honours degree in Law from Victoria University having previously completed a Commerce/Arts degree from Monash University.

  • Acting on behalf of Chemist Warehouse in a trade mark infringement, passing off, misleading and deceptive conduct trial in the Federal Court.
